Our Mission

At Little Squirrels Child Care, our mission is to nurture the whole child. Mind, body, and spirit. Through a warm, home-based environment rooted in nature, creativity, and connection. We believe children flourish when they are free to explore, move, and play in meaningful ways.

Guided by a mixture of the Reggio Emilia Approach, Montessori and Waldorf-inspired principles, we offer a custom curriculum that blends hands-on learning, open ended play, outdoor exploration, and rhythm-based routines. Our goal is to support each child’s natural development while fostering independence, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning.

Through intentional teaching, nature-rich experiences, and a deep respect for childhood, we create a space where every child is seen, valued, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
